Responsibilities
- Prototype, run, and iterate experiments to improve how prospective patients find and begin care via web search and provider referrals
- Lead design for landing pages, onboarding flows, and other acquisition channels across desktop and mobile web
- Translate concepts into production-ready visual and interaction designs
- Develop and document reusable components and patterns in the patient-facing design system (Helix)
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, marketers, and brand designers to align on goals and deliverables
- Measure design impact, iterate based on data and user insight, and balance short-term conversion with long-term product vision
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating product design work for consumer-facing web and mobile products
