Job Summary:
The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join its Application Development team during a pivotal moment of transformation. The school is modernizing the way it delivers non-degree education, and this position will play a critical leadership role in designing, developing, and rolling out a major upgrade to our Salesforce environment.
The Lead Salesforce Developer provides technical direction for the CRM group and serves as the primary architect and developer for Salesforce solutions supporting non-degree program education, student services, human resources, and research strategy and development. This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of the School’s Salesforce environments and related systems, while mentoring the CRM team and partnering with administrative and academic stakeholders.

Work Format Details
This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that the duties and responsibilities can effectively be performed fully remotely at a non-Harvard location. Employees in fully remote positions must work all scheduled hours in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University’s Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. At the discretion of the department, fully remote employees may occasionally be required on site at a Harvard location. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location.
