  • As part of a small engineering leadership team, foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Delivery & Collaboration
  • Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into clear technical plans and ensure consistent execution
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and managing dependencies
  • Drive measurable improvements in team velocity and delivery quality

Who You Are

  • You have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams
  • You have strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to code and technical design (React experience is a plus)
  • You have strong hands-on experience with database design and SQL (MSSQL experience is a plus)
  • You are a change agent with demonstrated experience driving process improvements in areas such as CI/CD, testing practices, quality assurance, or adoption of new development tools and technologies
  • You balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, able to zoom out to see the big picture while also diving into technical details when needed
  • You have a track record of improving team velocity and delivery quality through systematic identification and resolution of bottlenecks
  • You excel at developing others, with experience coaching engineers at various skill levels and helping them grow their technical and professional capabilities
  • You communicate with clarity and empathy, adapting your style to your audience and building trust across diverse stakeholders
  • You demonstrate sound judgment in balancing tradeoffs between scope, quality, speed, and long-term technical health
  • You model collaborative, inclusive leadership that creates psychological safety and empowers team members to do their best work
