Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
Graduate of accredited LPN program.
Required License/Certifications/Registrations
Current BLS/CPR card from approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation, whichever comes first.
Licensed Practical Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing or a compact state.
