Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across regions, directly managing U.S. FDEs and partnering with regional leaders in EMEA/APAC.
- Own strategy, standards, and execution for customer engagements including demos, proofs of concept, and onsite technical delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design solutions that solve real customer problems and feed product roadmap decisions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities; review designs and resolve high-ambiguity issues.
- Build repeatable playbooks, delivery standards, and best practices to scale fast and maintain high quality.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree a plus but not required
