Great Strides Rehab, a proud partner of the H2 Health family is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You'll help children develop the skills they need to grow, play, learn, and thrive—while being part of a therapist-led team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.

What You'll Do:

  • Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
  • Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
  • Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
  • Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more

What You'll Need:

For OTs:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible OT license

For COTAs:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
  • Active or eligible OTA license
