Responsibilities
- Translate customer insights into intuitive, scalable workflows for scheduling, attendance, and compliance.
- Design and refine multi-surface experiences (web, mobile, kiosk) for managers and employees.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to define problem spaces, set priorities, and deliver value.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve platform cohesion and consistency.
- Balance long-term product vision with near-term execution and iterate through ambiguity.
- Provide critique, mentorship, and craft leadership to elevate design quality across the team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile
