Responsibilities
- Observe and meet the physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of each child
- Prepare a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment that cultivates concentration and independence
- Support children in developing practical skills, literacy, and math through individual and small-group lessons
- Build personal connections and foster a respectful classroom community
- Collaborate and communicate respectfully with parents to maximize child development
Education
- Montessori diploma for ages 3-6 (obtained or willingness to obtain)
- 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
