Skills
- Expertise in OT/ICS attack lifecycles and ransomware impact on industrial processes
- Hands-on experience with OT security platforms such as Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi, and others
- Competence in packet analysis (Wireshark), log analytics (ELK, Splunk), and memory forensics (Volatility, Rekall)
- Scripting skills for automation in Python, PowerShell, or Go
- Strong written communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively under pressure
- Passion for continuous learning and team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Lead OT incident response engagements and deliver on-site/remote compromise assessments
- Conduct OT-specific digital forensics and analyze PLC, historian, HMI, and network data
- Facilitate tabletop exercises and purple-team simulations tailored to OT environments
- Develop and validate ICS/SCADA incident response playbooks and detection logic
- Perform OT threat hunting and proactive compromise assessments
- Coordinate findings with digital forensics and incident response teams to maintain unified incident narratives
- Author clear and actionable technical and business impact reports for diverse audiences
- Contribute to the growth of the OT practice via research, presentations, blogs, and whitepapers
- Continuously update skills to stay ahead of emerging OT threats and defensive techniques
- Build strong client relationships through collaboration and high-impact guidance
Education
- Solid understanding of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIST-CSF, NERC CIP, Purdue Model
- Relevant industry certifications such as GIAC GRID, GCIP, GCFA, GICSP preferred
