The Sales Support Analyst is an entry level role in the Haleon commercial sales organization, in collaboration with the sales manager, you will have broad experience across Sales, Insights, and Analytics. These experiences are the launching point of your career within the Haleon Commercial Organization. The Sales Analyst is a hands-on role which enables the Team by owning and contributing to distinct workstreams. The role will work directly with the customer and the team to contribute to attaining budget and growing share.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Own critical sales processes. Examples of processes are team reporting and tracking (via syndicated data and retailer pos), sales forecasting, joint business plan (JBP) scorecard, new item set up and tracking, and information management and distribution.

  • Complete regular analysis of customers and marketplace to identify risk and opportunity. Share findings with recommendation.

  • Participate in the preparation, planning and follow-up of customer and internal meetings and presentations.

  • Use Technical expertise with reporting and analytics tools. Extensive use of Excel and Power BI, Microsoft 365.

*This is a field-based role located in Warren, NJ or in other cities near Haleon's offices

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Prior work experiences which demonstrate growth, learning and accomplishment (including internships, summer jobs, others)

  • Ability and willingness to travel to company meetings, customer meetings and industry conferences up to 35%

  • Proficient In Microsoft365 suite of products, demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Fundamental understanding of principles of business process, analytic approach, and retail industry. (Retail experience a plus!)

  • Experience with Nielsen or Circana (IRI), retailer systems or basic computer programming skills.

  • The ability to work in teams, manage conflict, collaborate, and embrace change.

  • A breadth of interest which helps inform understanding of the economy, shopper, retailers and competition. An ability to synthesize multiple sources of information for greater understanding and influence.

  • Demonstrate a growth mind set and be motivated by attaining future goals and navigating complex challenges.

Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.  This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave.  On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family.  We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering.  The salary range for this role is $75,306 – 103,546 USD + bonus
