Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified digital strategy integrating all project functions into a seamless workflow
- Lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate siloed operations and optimize cross-department collaboration
- Ensure adoption and optimization of standard business applications without unnecessary custom modifications
- Optimize resource planning and scheduling for improved project predictability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and standardize project execution
- Monitor project performance and enforce governance to maintain budget, timeline, and quality compliance
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks via development of real-time detection tools and solutions
- Drive change management to foster innovation, efficiency, and accountability within teams
- Ensure digital data accessibility and system integration for real-time stakeholder visibility
- Partner with leadership and external vendors for successful rollout and automation of digital tools
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field
- MBA preferred
