Skills: Proficiency in back-end development, strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, experience in deploying production systems, and excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 8 years of back-end development experience, ideally with Java or JVM languages, along with strong software engineering fundamentals and familiarity with AWS or other cloud services.

Compensation: $225000 - $275000 / Annually

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $225,000 - $275,000/year (USD)
