Responsibilities: Manage large-scale cross-functional legal initiatives, define strategic priorities, and operationalize processes to improve team workflows regarding product, privacy, and policy areas.
Skills: 8+ years of experience in legal program management, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, operational process building, and familiarity with legal subject matter concerning privacy and compliance.
Qualifications: Experience in a legal, compliance, or regulated tech environment, demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, and strong collaborative mindset are preferred.
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, with remote work options available.
Compensation: $137000 - $209000 / Annually

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $152,000– $209,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $137,000 – $188,000/year (USD)
