Skills: 10+ years of product design experience, leadership and mentoring in design teams, expertise in scalable enterprise products, and a strong portfolio demonstrating design problem-solving.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product design, 3+ years in team leadership, proven ability to create user-friendly enterprise tools, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects independently.
Location: Hybrid working model with a primary location in San Francisco, CA.
Compensation: $285000 - $392000 / Annually

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary range for this position is $285,000 - $392,000 and may be modified in the future.
