Responsibilities: Develop creative vision and strategy, lead and mentor creative teams, integrate creativity with business objectives, supervise the creative process, manage multiple projects, and maintain a positive team environment.
Skills: Proven experience in a senior creative role, strong understanding of branding and digital marketing, exceptional portfolio, proficiency with creative software, strategic thinking, and adaptability to changing priorities.
Qualifications: Typically requires 10+ years in a senior creative role and experience in building and managing creative teams.
Location: This is a fully remote position.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
