Global Strategy Group is looking to bring on an Elections Director for the Research practice to support the team from November 2025 through the duration of the 2026 election cycle. GSG is seeking a mid-level research individual focused on political and public affairs research clients to join our research team. This position will be operating as a Project Lead responsible for managing all aspects of the research project and understanding the larger client objectives.
Project Leads are expected to juggle multiple assignments at any given time – whether it’s managing projects and clients, producing research documents and deliverables, or assisting with marketing and proposals. Initially, GSG trains project leads to work on every aspect of a project with the goal of having the individual eventually oversee an entry-level analysis on a project, while still being accountable for final deliverables.
The base salary for this position is between $110,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience,.
