Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of 70+ engagement managers, architects, engineers and delivery partners while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture
- Own the Professional Services P&L including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance tracking, and resource optimization to meet revenue and margin targets
- Serve as executive sponsor and senior escalation point for strategic accounts to drive retention, expansion, and customer success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align services with GTM strategy and customer needs
- Define, iterate, and operationalize best practices, delivery standards, metrics and KPIs to continuously improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Drive service attach rates and innovation in service offerings across market segments while maturing partner and SI ecosystems
- Influence product and offering strategy to ensure services maximize customer business outcomes and competitive differentiation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
