Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery with DoD agencies and Federal Systems Integrators to define current-state, constraints, and desired outcomes
- Design outcome-oriented services proposals and develop custom SOWs and staffing plans for federal implementations
- Structure engagements using appropriate pricing models (outcome-based, staff augmentation, packaged offerings)
- Navigate government contracting vehicles and manage reseller/distributor and FSI partnerships
- Own the engagement lifecycle from discovery through transition to delivery, ensuring clear scope and deliverability
- Manage escalations, maintain customer confidence, and align on scope, price, and shared responsibilities
- Forecast services bookings, track KPIs (bookings, margin, attachment) and provide risk/negotiation guidance
- Train and enable field teams to position professional services in DoD/FSI contexts and share operational feedback
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) is a plus but not required
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, security/Government contracting) are advantageous
