Responsibilities
- Analyze and enrich platform data across multiple systems and sources to maintain high data quality for consumers
- Identify patterns and relationships to evaluate data quality and recommend remediation
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and impact analysis for data quality issues and report findings to stakeholders
- Develop flexible, reusable, and efficient SQL and PL/SQL code following best practices
- Optimize queries and procedures, troubleshoot data issues, and monitor performance
- Design and contribute to ETL processes using SQL, PL/SQL or Python
- Assess and improve data cleansing processes with a focus on automation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data consumers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline (required)
- Relevant certifications or continuing education in data engineering/analytics (preferred)
