Responsibilities
- Draft and file U.S. gaming and supplier licensing applications and renewals
- Liaise with state regulators and support Regulatory Licensing Counsel on submissions
- Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments in sports betting and iGaming
- Compile monthly regulatory reports, track industry news, and summarize key updates
- Manage internal licensing tools and maintain regulatory registers and approved events trackers
- Organize and maintain official licensing records, correspondence, and notices
- Log regulatory queries, coordinate responses, and retain relevant documentation
- Support executive and legal teams on entity and individual license applications and due diligence requests
- Assist the wider legal team with ad hoc compliance and administrative requests
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal/legal qualification preferred
