About the role:
Gartner is looking for passionate, creative full stack developers who are excited to foray into any technology. The Innovation Tools team at Gartner is responsible for developing innovative role-based Tools for C level clients to help them achieve their mission critical priorities.
What you will do:
Be a part of an energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products.
Fluently code as a full stack developer.
Work with Open-source technologies and applications.
Work in a fast-paced environment along with passionate, technology, rock stars.
Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts.
Continuously problem solving to create secure and simple solutions.
Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance.
Bring to life elegant and modern UX designs.
What you will need:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field with experience in software development.
2-4 years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications.
Expertise in ReactJS and Typescript is a must.
Expert skills in CSS, HTML and Design libraries.
Strong experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
Experience with server-side rendering or Micro Frontends.
Experience in AWS or any other cloud technologies is a plus.
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 74,000 USD - 113,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
