Solutions Engineer
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable Solutions Engineer to join our fast-moving team. You’ll act as the connective tissue between our customers and our product to ensure smooth integrations, unblock technical challenges, and translate customer needs into product insights.
This is a hybrid role for someone who loves working with people as much as they love working with code. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, engineering, and product teams, and play a key role in both post- and pre-sales workflows. If you thrive in ambiguity, get energy from helping others, and can debug just about anything, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through integration and implementation, serving as their technical point of contact
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack
Collaborate closely with the product team to relay user feedback
Support sales conversations by providing technical perspective
Build tooling, documentation, and workflows that make future integrations smoother for everyone
Qualifications
Strong engineering background with fullstack experience
Experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or developer-facing role
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered products
Excellent communication skills — you know how to speak both code and customer
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and deployment tools (e.g., Next.js, Vercel, Railway, etc.)
Startup-oriented mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration and not precious about what you work on
Bonus
Experience writing technical docs or building internal tooling
Track record of working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
Experience supporting high-growth products or startups
