- Ability to work in warehouse conditions and tolerate varied temperatures
- Basic data collection and reporting skills
- Customer-facing communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and commission autonomous forklifts at customer locations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site and perform repairs or adjustments
- Operate diagnostic tools and gather technical data during deployments and tests
- Collect, analyze, and report deployment data to engineering and product teams
- Serve as primary on-site customer contact and translate customer requirements into actionable feedback
- Maintain accurate service documentation, logs, and JIRA tickets
- Participate in testing and evaluation programs to validate software/hardware changes
- Work safely in varied warehouse environments (refrigerated, ambient, outdoors)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1–3 years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to obtain or maintain a valid driver’s license
