The Role  

The Assistant Director of Engineering (ADOE) plays a critical leadership and support role within the Engineering Division, working under the direction of the Director of Engineering (DOE). The ADOE assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, and project execution while ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, security, and asset protection.

This role partners with the DOE to plan, organize, and direct the work of Engineering Team Members, contractors, and vendors, supporting the strategic and operational goals of the property.
