- 2-5 years of visual or UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and responsive design
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Working knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
- Portfolio demonstrating websites and interface work
- Ability to communicate clearly and organize work across teams
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident with ability to attain Public Trust Clearance
Responsibilities
- Design layouts and user interfaces for websites, applications, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, strategists, and project managers
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
- Participate in design reviews and iterate on feedback
- Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards
- Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes and handoffs for development
- Manage multiple tasks and deliverables within creative direction
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience preferred
- Portfolio of digital work required
- Ability to attain Public Trust Clearance (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
