Job Description
As a Digital Experience Manager on the Web Experience Team, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and support the maintenance, operation, and development of our mission-critical websites. In this position, you will lead the day-to-day efforts of our various web experience programs including gathering functional requirements, designing, and overseeing development of new experiences, implementing ongoing website content updates, planning, and testing integrations, validating new digital tools, and making key decisions based on user data and feedback.
You will interface directly with internal and external IT/IS teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of web projects, and you will partner with our different business unit teams to assist them with their web experience needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in creating, building, and managing websites, using editing tools, curating content, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Location: This position will work in a hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) environment from our Deerfield, IL office location.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $56,000-$84,700 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
