The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
This role will specialize in assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in coordinating stakeholders and project plans to deliver projects to cloud service providers (CSPs) and enterprise clients.
Assist in developing kickoff decks, planning documentation, project plans, and timelines in accordance with availability, client needs, and established budgets.
Provide administrative support to the PMO, including:
-Assisting the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Rules of Engagement (ROEs)
-Updating the assessment tracking tool
-Performing project closeout activities
Assist in resourcing appropriate talent for each project based on required scope and skillsets.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines, requirements, and blockers.
Coordinate and/or attend recurring client status meetings including providing agendas and supplying meeting minutes and action items after each meeting.
Collaborate with delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables.
Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time and within allotted hours.
Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Escalate project or timeline issues to appropriate internal stakeholder(s).
Interface with clients and other internal delivery team members through entire. engagement, interacting will all levels of client organizations.
Business travel is expected to be limited in nature.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT or related field
0-2 years of professional services experience
Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
