The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• This role will specialize in assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in coordinating stakeholders and project plans to deliver projects to cloud service providers (CSPs) and enterprise clients. 

• Assist in developing kickoff decks, planning documentation, project plans, and timelines in accordance with availability, client needs, and established budgets. 

• Provide administrative support to the PMO, including: 

•  -Assisting the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Rules of Engagement (ROEs) 

• -Updating the assessment tracking tool 

• -Performing project closeout activities 

• Assist in resourcing appropriate talent for each project based on required scope and skillsets. 

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines, requirements, and blockers. 

• Coordinate and/or attend recurring client status meetings including providing agendas and supplying meeting minutes and action items after each meeting. 

• Collaborate with delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables. 

• Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time and within allotted hours. 

• Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.  

• Escalate project or timeline issues to appropriate internal stakeholder(s). 

• Interface with clients and other internal delivery team members through entire. engagement, interacting will all levels of client organizations. 

• Business travel is expected to be limited in nature. 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT or related field 

• 0-2 years of professional services experience 

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
