Responsibilities
- Learn business processes and applications quickly to support operational needs
- Lead or support requirements gathering and solution design with cross-functional teams
- Produce project artifacts including meeting notes, requirements docs, workflow diagrams, demos, and training materials
- Define project scope, requirements inventory, milestones, dependencies, and critical path timelines
- Support full project lifecycle activities: planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and closure
- Perform functional and regression testing to validate development work
- Provide tier-2 product and process support and help remove implementation barriers
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and escalate for management guidance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field
- Relevant coursework or training in business analysis or IT helpful
