THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Manager, Content Distribution to oversee the programming, operations, and partnership management for FloSports’ FAST channels. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our FAST channel strategy — managing scheduling, optimizing performance, and growing our distribution footprint through partnerships and syndication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day programming and scheduling operations of FloSports FAST channels, ensuring content is delivered on time, in compliance with partner requirements, and optimized for audience engagement
Oversee all aspects of FAST channel content distribution partnerships and distribution — from onboarding new partners to maintaining ongoing relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality programming, metadata, and promotional assets that maximize channel performance
Use performance data and industry insights to guide scheduling decisions, identify programming opportunities, and develop channel growth strategies
Maintain an accurate inventory of available content, track delivery deadlines, and ensure operational excellence across all FAST-related workflows
Collaborate with production, marketing, content operations and other internal stakeholders to align programming initiatives with FloSports’ overall content strategy
Assist in the growth and optimization of other content distribution and partnership deals, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, clarity and growth
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven track record in project management, ideally in the digital media space, with growth metrics to share
Clear understanding of content distribution, programming, or channel operations for broadcast, cable, streaming and/or FAST platforms
Knowledge of FAST channel workflows, scheduling systems, and VOD distribution; experience with live content is a plus
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and applying insights to improve results
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience working across internal teams and with external stakeholders
Passion for sports and sports media; experience in sports content distribution is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
