B2B Marketing Manager
Austin, TX (Hybrid)
As we expand our B2B footprint, we're seeking a strategic, hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Ad Sales and Rights Acquisition teams. This role will generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), deepen partner engagement, and elevate our brand through compelling storytelling. The ideal candidate will equip our sales and account management teams with the programs and tools they need to succeed.
You will own programs that nurture existing partners, activate a Partner Advisory Board, and develop case studies that showcase FloSports' value. You'll also manage the overall health of our B2B audience from awareness through engagement, while delivering measurable business impact.
We're looking for someone with B2B marketing experience who has supported businesses with multiple product lines, specifically in areas like sport management software, advertising, and rights holder partnerships.
This role will be required to work 3+ days a week at our Austin office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate Demand: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and partner nurture programs that deliver a steady pipeline of MQLs for Ad Sales.
Enable Sales Success: Create compelling sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs, case studies) to accelerate deal velocity.
Thought Leadership: Establish a Partner Advisory Board to strengthen collaboration with existing partners and gather insights to inform B2B Marketing investment priorities.
Tell Our Story: Draft, publish, and promote case studies that showcase FloSports' value for advertisers and partners, differentiating us from competitors while contributing to our partners' success and sports growth.
Measure Impact: Track, analyze, and report B2B marketing performance metrics to leadership, ensuring programs align with pipeline and revenue goals.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Ad Sales, Rights and Acquisition, and sports GMs to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a background in media, sports, or technology industries.
Demonstrated success in generating MQLs and supporting sales teams through effective marketing initiatives.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with skill in translating complex concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand materials.
Proven experience developing partner-facing programs, including nurture journeys, advisory boards, or co-marketing campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and reporting marketing performance metrics.
Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
MS/MBA in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
Passion for sports is a definite plus!
