POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Manager, HCP Brand Marketing & Education, will shape how Kate Farms engages and educates healthcare professionals, building awareness, trust, and advocacy among clinicians and partners across the medical community. This role sits at the intersection of science and storytelling, connecting the precision of our clinical work with the humanity of our brand. You’ll lead marketing and education initiatives designed to inform, inspire, and enable HCPs to recommend and champion Kate Farms.
You’ll own strategy and execution across professional partnerships, medical education programs, events, and content. Collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Creative to ensure every HCP touchpoint reflects the same care and quality that define our products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· HCP Brand & Education Strategy
Define and execute the brand marketing and education strategy that builds awareness, trust, and advocacy among healthcare professionals, partnering with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Commercial to align storytelling, tone, and brand expression across all professional touchpoints.
· Educational Storytelling & Content Development
Partner with the HCP Copywriter as your key collaborator to translate science and clinical data into clear, human, brand-aligned stories. Lead briefs into Creative and manage execution of HCP-facing initiatives, including newsletters, education campaigns, and digital resources.
· Professional Partnerships & Events
Oversee relationships with professional organizations and lead the brand’s strategy and marketing direction for professional conferences, sponsorships, and event activations, working closely with the Creative and Comms & Activation teams on execution.
· Integrated Marketing Stewardship to Bring the HCP Story to Life
Work cross-functionally with Marketing channel owners and Commercial to ensure our science and professional storytelling is consistent and connected across every channel.
· Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics and track engagement across HCP initiatives, managing budgets and vendors while continuously optimizing based on results and field insights.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in healthcare, medical marketing, or professional education (nutrition or medical device background preferred); MBA is a plus.
· Has a strong grasp of HCP audiences and professional ecosystems, with the ability to navigate medical accuracy, brand storytelling, and compliance.
· Is a strategic doer-equally skilled at developing the plan and rolling up sleeves to make it happen.
· Is highly collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
· Is a strong writer and storyteller, able to make complex science feel relevant, human, and compelling.
· Demonstrates exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills.

This position will work in a home/office environment with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations. Requires 20% travel.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE).
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification.
$129,000 - $148,500 USD
For full-time salaried or hourly workers, our total rewards package also include the option to enroll in a company-matched 401k plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive a generous PTO benefit with a starting accrual of 15 days per year (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure), two weeks of paid “Refresh” leave, 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Kate Farms offers a range of other benefits offered with an emphasis on employee well-being such as paid disability leave, paid parental / pregnancy leave, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), tuition reimbursement, an Employee Assistance Program, and more.
