Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to plan and orchestrate delivery of Catalog and Billing automation initiatives
- Define and influence technical solutions and roadmap priorities for catalog generation and billing systems
- Build and maintain program plans, Jira dashboards, KPIs, and track progress from concept through delivery
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies; drive alignment across +5 engineering teams
- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks and remove blockers
- Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and decision-making cadence
- Facilitate conflict resolution and recommend people, process, or technical solutions
- Dive into data and system-level details to help resolve technical impediments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Continued professional development in program management, product, or technical domains is a plus
