Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting for the U.S. fulfillment network (3M+ sq ft across multiple facilities).
- Build and own complex models for network expansion, real estate decisions, ROI/ROIC, and last-mile strategy.
- Partner with operations, technology, product and sales to translate operational metrics into financial outcomes and targets.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled tools to scale forecasting, reporting and decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across finance and operations.
- Advise senior executives on strategic investments and capital allocation for fulfillment assets and technology.
- Hire, coach and develop a high-performing finance team; provide clear career pathways and vision.
- Regularly work on-site at fulfillment centers to maintain operational alignment and inform financial strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (typical requirement)
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
