Make your mark in Actuarial
Our Actuaries are on the front lines, quantifying risk, pricing insurance and reserving losses for AIG’s major insurance operating companies, globally. We collaborate with Finance, Claims, Operations, Marketing and Risk Management, among other functions. As an AIG actuary, you will be challenged and encouraged to reach your greatest potential to help improve how we predict, manage and mitigate risk.

What you’ll need to succeed
AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry.
We also look for a diverse background of experience, culture and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a team-oriented track record.
Required
Candidate for Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area to be received no later than June 2026 (unofficial transcript required upon application) as well as a demonstrated commitment to the Actuarial Exam process.
Program Start Date
The Early Career Analyst program will start on July 27, 2026.
Locations
Early Career Analyst positions are in-person opportunities and are available in Atlanta, GA or New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA or Parsippany, NJ. When we work in the office, we experience greater connections with opportunities to collaborate, innovate and learn together.

For positions based in New York, NY, the base salary range is
$80,600.00 to $96,700.00.
