Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations - Legal & Compliance

Flex is an innovative NYC-based FinTech focused on revolutionizing rent payments by offering flexibility to renters. We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to drive the Legal & Compliance organization's roadmap and cross-functional collaboration at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Chief Legal & Compliance Officer to develop and execute strategic objectives
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic projects including AI and pricing initiatives
  • Own and drive execution of complex special projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Continuously improve Legal & Compliance team processes and collaboration
  • Prepare senior executive communications including memos, presentations, and data analysis
  • Facilitate executive review meetings to ensure effective strategic discussions
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders through complex problem-solving
  • Maintain high productivity and thrive under pressure

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree such as JD or MBA preferred
