Responsibilities
- Define and drive a cohesive product concept innovation strategy translating platform science into therapeutic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional assessment, prioritization, and shaping of product concepts from ideation through early validation.
- Serve as senior thought partner to platform leaders, therapeutic experts, and stakeholders to integrate scientific, clinical, and strategic perspectives.
- Build frameworks for early decision-making, portfolio entry, milestone progression, and resource allocation.
- Guide concept development to ensure scientific rigor, translational potential, and readiness for development-stage transition.
- Establish consistent approaches for concept evaluation, milestone tracking, scenario planning, and operational transparency.
- Represent PCI in leadership forums, governance bodies, and external partnerships to influence enterprise-level decisions.
Education
- MD or MD/PhD in life sciences, medicine, or related fields
- Clinical or translational research training
- Relevant leadership or executive development preferred
