Job Title
Senior Program Manager- .Manage all phases of a project, from initiating programs and defining requirements to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
- .Lead and coordinate diverse teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress.
- .Collaborate with architects and engineers to establish product and technology architecture, and provide technical solutions for issues that arise.
- .Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and solve complex technical problems to keep projects on track.
- .Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, report on project progress, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- .Contribute to strategic planning, establish project timelines and scope, and ensure technical and business objectives are met.
- .Strong understanding of information technology and the ability to contribute to technical decisions.
- .Expertise in project management principles, including planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical audiences.
- .The ability to lead teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders to drive program success.
- .Strong analytical skills to break down complex systems and solve problems effectively.
- .High levels of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- .A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (like computer science or IT) is typically required, with some roles possibly requiring a master's degree.
