Implementation Conversion Analyst Senior
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered: analyzing the US Retirement Plan system including 401k retirement plan administration, laws and governance; identifying business requirements and client specifications to determine needs for testing approach; performing analysis, translation of business requirements and complex specifications; creating test plans and test cases that will be utilized to validate complex specifications within FIS Retirement Omni applications; executing testing of customized software against customer specific needs, sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed; utilizing components including COBOL, Omni Script, Shell scripts, JCL, DB2, and VSAM to perform Batch application testing; and coordinating reviews of testing results including reports, balancing, data load, and software changes with clients to refine and confirm requirements and obtain formal customer acceptance of results. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
