I like what I do here, but dealing with leadership… not so much. Zero transparency.

Meetings, meetings, and more meetings. Then they ask why nothing gets done. 🙄

It’s a mixed bag. One day you’re on something exciting, the next you’re doing spreadsheet cleanup for 5 hours straight.

Not totally awful, but not a place I’d recommend to friends unless they’re desperate for a paycheck.
