Responsibilities: Manage community operations on Discord, plan and host activities, support partnerships and collaborations, maintain educational resources, foster creator relationships, capture community feedback.
Skills: 3+ years of experience in community building, expertise with Discord, excellent communication skills, proactive and organized.
Qualifications: Experience in creative tech or design tools is preferred, experience hosting workshops or events is a plus.
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $100,000.

You’ll connect with artists, educators, and creators who use Figma Weave, ensuring they feel supported and inspired, while channeling their feedback into ideas that shape and strengthen the platform.
This is a full time role that can be held from our New York Hub
