In this role, you’ll work directly with agency owners to develop and implement business strategies, optimize sales performance, and ensure operational excellence. Partner with agency owners to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities
Develop actionable business plans focused on sales, marketing, staffing, and customer retention
Provide guidance on recruiting, training, and coaching agency staff to improve productivity
Conduct regular performance reviews and track progress against district benchmarks
Offer solutions to improve efficiency in operations, technology adoption, and client engagement
Deliver ongoing education on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Act as a trusted advisor, helping agency owners navigate challenges and reach long-term goals
The ideal candidate is a business-minded professional with a consultative approach and a track record of driving measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in business consulting, agency operations, or sales leadership
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Insurance industry experience and active P&C or Life & Health licenses are a plus
