Position Overview:
We are looking for an Energy Efficiency Systems Specialist to join our Energy Efficiency Group. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the eTrack+ tracking system, providing critical support and enhancements to ensure the system meets the evolving needs of Clean Energy Solutions programs. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working 3 days per week from the office in Newark, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the eTrack+ tracking system, providing guidance to the product owner and collaborating with IT teams to implement system enhancements for Clean Energy Solutions programs.
Work closely with IT peers and implementation teams to ensure effective integration of program data, ensuring smooth operations and tracking across Clean Energy Solutions projects.
Take a lead role in requirements gathering, system configuration, design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure eTrack+ meets business needs and aligns with best practices.
Analyze complex data and system outputs from multiple sources to identify the root cause of business operations issues and recommend effective solutions to optimize system performance.
Review and validate system processes and outputs, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of program data while maintaining adherence to operational best practices.
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency within the system and related business processes, leveraging leadership, data insights, and a strong understanding of program goals.
Provide necessary training, guidance, and support to both internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across various stakeholders.
Support client initiatives by ensuring the eTrack+ system and program data management aligns with client objectives, driving long-term relationships and successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration).
Proven experience with tracking systems, program management, and business solutions.
Strong technical expertise in system analysis, data analysis, and issue resolution.
Experience in Clean Energy Solutions, Energy Efficiency programs, or similar areas is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with eTrack+ or similar tracking systems.
Knowledge of energy efficiency program operations and best practices.
Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC) and UAT testing.
