Due to continued growth, we are seeking multiple Automation Project Engineers of varying levels of experience to join our team. These positions are responsible for the needs analysis, design, development, implementation, management, and troubleshooting of automation and process controls design projects with an emphasis on designing to overall project budgets for small and/or large projects. The incumbents will provide design assistance to multi-person design teams to deliver overall project automation designs and will be comfortable acting as a discipline support resource in any multi- disciplined environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite and must have experience with PLC program development, and HMI/SCADA development.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience: Automation Project Engineer I - Entry level – 6 years, Automation Project Engineer II - 6-10 years, Automation Project Engineer III - 10+ years. Experience with robotics preferred.
Requires knowledge of control networks, network architecture, and communication protocols.
Travel: 10-30%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are sometime between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday;
However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
