Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to define and launch Ads products and features.
- Design end-to-end experiences across the Ads stack for both brands and retailers.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts.
- Produce high-fidelity visuals aligned with Faire’s brand and design system.
- Lead and participate in user interviews and research to inform product decisions.
- Contribute strategic product thinking and roadmap prioritization for Ads.
- Write clear UX content to guide users through advertising workflows.
- Elevate Ads product quality, strengthen design systems, and scale design best practices.
- Foster a collaborative design culture through feedback and mentorship.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating product design work and process
