Job Description
- Provide quality customer service to Child Care clients and co workers
- Serve as a support for the Child Care Supervisors
- Participate in the training and development of the Child Care Advisors
- Act as a peer support to Child Care Advisors
- Manage cases for other employees and employees relatives
- Complete reports (Early Term)
- Resolve client concerns (face to face, phone or email)
- Complete referred customer contacts and provide a update
- Participate in the facilitation of all staff meetings
- May serve as the Appeals
- Accept and coordinate referrals for child care from authorized referral sources
- Provide informational support/instruction to parents as needed
- Refer suspected fraud or misuse to the Child Care Services
- Participate in outreach initiatives
- Complete Company Academy trainings, as assigned
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and/or two years full-time experience in child development, child care licensing, or social service work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
- Use of personal vehicle may be required, if so, must have a current valid Drivers License with Good Driving Record and valid auto insurance
