Responsibilities
- Manage individual, consolidated, and class action litigation, arbitration, and threatened claims in various areas including commercial, consumer, labor and employment, bankruptcy, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct internal investigations to assess claims and recommend effective legal strategies.
- Supervise and collaborate with outside counsel on litigation strategies and execution.
- Oversee discovery and subpoena processes working with business clients and external legal teams.
- Advise business leaders on litigation strategy and dispute resolution to drive favorable outcomes.
- Track and monitor all assigned claims and litigation matters for trends and patterns.
- Counsel business partners on legal and compliance risks, collaborating to find optimal business solutions while minimizing risk.
Education
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission in good standing with at least one state bar
