Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments
- Negotiate payment plans and help customers bring accounts up to date
- Address customer concerns empathetically and resolve payment issues
- Explain consequences of overdue payments and assist in financial issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
