Do you thrive on organization, details, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks? Our client is seeking a self-starting Operations Admin who loves problem-solving, staying organized, and supporting a fast-growing remote team.


Our client is a fast-growing property management company specializing in self-storage facilities across the U.S. They operate 100% remotely, supporting our customers and our team with efficiency and care.

The Role
As an Operations Admin, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll support daily operations, ensure accuracy in our systems, and help the team stay on track. Your attention to detail, tech skills, and problem-solving mindset will make you an essential part of our success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and organize operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Keep systems updated with accurate information
  • Support the team with scheduling, task follow-up, and documentation
  • Identify and solve process gaps proactively
  • Assist with administrative needs that keep our remote team efficient

Who You Are

  • Extremely organized: you can juggle multiple tasks without missing details
  • Detail-oriented: you catch errors others might miss
  • Self-starter: you take initiative without needing constant direction
  • Problem-solver: you look for ways to improve processes and outcomes
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with standard remote work software and online tools
  • ClickUp experience (or similar project management software) is a strong plus



  • Strong organizational and administrative experience
  • Reliable high-speed internet and backup
  • Reliable Power and Back Up
  • Comfortable and confident in spoken and written English.
  • Reliable workspace and computer with a microphone and headset.

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
