About the Job As part of the Talent Management product dev team, you will build features for our AI-powered talent management product. You will be responsible for medium to large projects, owning technical design and execution. You will collaborate closely product manager, designers, and your tech lead to deliver these features. Responsibilities Build the next generation of Talent Management software using cutting-edge technology (e.g., building agentic experiences with LLMs). Design and develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability. Build and ship new software features and product enhancements. Both frontend and bckend. Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our product and to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality Handle enterprise customer escalation issues as needed Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred. 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling customer and user-facing products, preferably in the SaaS domain. Ability to write clean, scalable, and performant code. Willingness to develop both frontend and backend software features. Experience in building and shipping user-facing frontend features utilizing modern FE frameworks ( React, Vue.js ) Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization Experience with GenAI tools to build software is preferred. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonus and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and zone. Zones are determined by location. Zone A is SF Bay Area, CA . Zone A Base annual salary range: $135,750 to $181,000 + discretionary bonus up to `15% + preIPO equity (stock options).
