Responsibilities
- Lead development and monitoring of compliance policies and internal controls for futures trading
- Monitor trade execution and provide compliance oversight
- Address daily compliance questions related to trades, strategies, and operations
- Inspect and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures
- Conduct surveillance reviews and trade desk audits
- Liaise with designated contract markets and regulatory agencies
- Manage special compliance projects including due diligence and new product initiatives
- Track regulatory developments and assess impact
- Assist with compliance training program enhancements and implementation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
